Our products are made by nature and crafted by hand, so no single piece is entirely the same. If you spot any manufacturing defects and you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at hello@polkatta.com within 14 days, providing photos of the product you are dissatisfied with.

We will gladly provide you with return instructions for a refund, or a replacement if this is your desire.

Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If we determine a product to have a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product including the shipping costs, free of charge.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges except for faulty items or products damaged in transit.
• Shipping, handling fees and taxes are non-refundable.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Email hello@polkatta.com, with the reason for the return, photos of the products you want to return and your order #.
2. Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions and return delivery address. Do not return your parcel without our approval.
3. You will then need to package and return your parcel to the address provided, and provide our support team with the tracking number.
4. Your order will be refunded once your return is received at our warehouse, and tracking updated to Delivered.

*Item/s must be returned with its original packaging otherwise, a refund will not be issued. If returned in unsatisfactory packaging, we may provide a store credit.
