Our products are made by nature and crafted by hand, so no single piece is entirely the same. If you spot any manufacturing defects and you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at hello@polkatta.com\/au within 14 days, providing photos of the product you are dissatisfied with.<\/p>\n

We will gladly provide you with\u00a0return instructions for a refund, or a replacement if this is your desire.<\/p>\n

    RETURN INSTRUCTIONS<\/b><\/h3>\n

    1. Email hello@polkatta.com\/au, with the reason for the return, photos of the products you want to return and your order #.<\/li>\n
    2. Our customer\u00a0support team\u00a0will provide you with return instructions and return delivery address. Do not return your parcel without our approval.<\/li>\n
    3. You will then need to package and return your parcel to the address provided, and provide our support team with the tracking number.<\/li>\n
    4. Your order will be refunded once\u00a0your return is received at our warehouse, and tracking updated to Delivered.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      *Item\/s must be returned with its\u00a0original packaging\u00a0<\/b>otherwise, a refund will not be issued. If returned in unsatisfactory packaging, we may provide a store credit.<\/p>\n
